TAZ ARNOLD
This is a quick little look into the mind of Taz Arnold or TISA how ever you may know him. I know you've seen him popping up in the pictures with Kanye, Carl Lagerfeld and a slew of other fashion junkies looking mad suspect, but dude has an interesting take on things. Check em out.
DISNEYS FIRST BLACK PRINCESS

The Princess and the Frog is Disneys new fairy tale for children to fall in love with. Whats different about this princess is that she is the first black princess that Disney has brought to the silver screen. Whats kind of odd is the fact that her prince looks kind of white. This simple fact has alot of people in an uproar. Im not totally sure where I stand on the issue yet. Im not even totally sure that the dude is white. The prince's name is Prince Naveen of Maldonia. I dont even think Maldonia exist, but I could be wrong. Anyway I guess its a good thing to see some sort of progression on behalf of that company.

WTAPS 2009 1ST LAMF COLLECTION

WTAPS is a company that I believe is drastically underrated. I like this company for the simple fact that they make pieces. They make individual garments that can stand on their own and make a statement without the help of a colorstory.

The Clearport
We dont land at the airport we call it the clearport, Sike. Just touched down from a trip back home where the effects of the recession are painfully evident. My home town looks like a ghost town, but it is still filled with the people I love. It still overflows with the culture that inspired me and it still maintains the familiar sights that have become deeply rooted in my memory. Sometimes no matter what the consequence, its just good to be home.
